You will be responsible for:
The electrical supervisor is responsible for carrying out the work specified by the electrical workshop manager. You supervise the electricians of the team and checks their performance. You organise and check the specific maintenance and installation work. The Electrical Supervisor reports to the Electrical workshop manager.
Supervisor Duties:
- Through this responsibility, various tasks will be associated
- Fault diagnosis and elimination of malfunctions on the plant equipment
- Planning, execution and monitoring of maintenance and service work
- Organise safety prestart analysis with his team prior any activities.
- Planning, execution and monitoring of commissioning and function tests (testing and
- commissioning)
- Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors/external companies
- Upgrade and optimisation activities at the plant and the production process
- Assembly and wiring of power distribution boards
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Willingness to work according shifts roster and on weekend pattern: 7 days or 7 nights work on 11h shift and 7 days rest. Ensure duty on call out of the working hours during the work week.
- Experienced and familiar with medium voltage systems - Authorised to perform medium voltage switching
- Several years of experience on large infrastructure construction projects (tunnel, bridge, road, dam...)
- Several years of experience in personnel management
- Good English language skills
- Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems
- Knowledge of relevant and applicable standards and regulations
- Ability to teach and train knowledge and show a prudent and professional way of working to the co-workers
Desirable additional skills:
- Knowledge of concrete mixing plants
- Knowledge of concrete pumps
- Knowledge of overhead crane
- Knowledge on generators
- Knowledge of industrial refrigeration and chillers
- Knowledge of fresh water and wastewater pumps
- Knowledge of conveyor belt systems
- Qualified to operate telescopic handler and telescopic boom lift
