Production operator
Valeos Pharma A/S in Holeby is expanding and we are hiring Production Operators for our growing and processing facilities of Medicinal Cannabis, which is a strongly regulated facility, where teamwork and written documentation is crucial.
The position
As a Production operator you will be a part of the Production team along with currently 10 colleagues where you will have a central role in growing the plants and processing the harvested flowers into a finished medicinal product. The primary work area will depend on your skills and interests, but expect that there will be task in all parts of the production process which is growing plants, harvesting, rending, trimming, packing, cleaning and document every step in protocols.
The position is 37 hours/4 days per week (Monday to Thursday) between 7-16.30, and then an additional day on Fridays every 4th week as well as few hours on a Saturday a couple of times per year. We will provide you with:
- Work clothes and shoes for working in pharmaceutical environments.
- Free water, coffee and tea during the day.

The team is multi-cultural, and the corporate languish is English, so basic English skills is required. Besides that, only curiosity and good work ethics is required. We will through training make sure you will be able to handle the job and secure that everything is clear and understandable with regards to working with cultivation of plants, Euphoriants and Pharmaceutical products.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Without exemptions, follow all approved procedures while completing tasks.
- Ensure correct documentation of all performed tasks and follow instructions from the quality assessment team.
- Ensure high personal hygiene standards and willingness to follow company’s gowning procedure.
- GMP or experience with plants or an ability/ interest to work in a controlled environment with rules that need to be followed and documented.
- Clean criminal record and acceptance of random drug and alcohol controls on site.
- English: Spoken and written.
- Strong team player
