We are searching for you, who enjoys working in a structured way and is comfortable with analytical assignments that require an analytical approach. If you recognize yourself in this description, then you might be you are the Payroll Coordinator we are looking for.

Your responsibilities:

  • Executing the full payroll for FLC hourly paid workers
  • Submit input to our payroll provider
  • Checking payslips and other payroll calculations
  • Maintaining close contact with the payroll provider
  • Liaise with the rest of the HR team and the timekeepers
  • Supporting and advising staff and management on payroll issues
  • Preparation of reports, settlements and reconciliations, both internal and external

Qualifications:

We expect that our ideal candidate:

  • Has broad experience with payroll and time management systems
  • Excellent Excel skills, working with large documents
  • Solid command of Danish and English both written and spoken
  • Experience in an international organisation is preferred

Competencies:

We expect that you have/ are:

  • Experience within a similar role as payroll coordinator in a medium or big company, where you had comparable responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the Danish Holiday Act, sick law and Collective Labour Agreements
  • Precise and able to work independently and in a structured way

Conditions of employment:

The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven), pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.

Starting date: As soon as possible

Work location: Rødbyhavn.
